The Fantasy Holiday Club
not-for-profit corporation incorporated on March 6, 1998 by Letters
Patent in Ontario
whose objects are to establish and promote an association for the
provision of vacation package services for the members. We understand
pursuant to its Articles, no Owner of the Corporation/Club may share in
any profit, if any, by dividend or otherwise individually and any
profits or other income is to be used to promote the objects of the
company.
