FHC Company Overview     

For over 10 years FHC had been providing shared ownership in luxurious motor homes and shared ownership in world class resort properties.

Over the last few years, FHC has transitioned its focus from motor homes to real estate shared ownership. Due to high maintenance costs and non-acceptance of motor home program by any other vacation exchange companies, FHC decided to discontinue motor home ownership in favour of investing in world class properties which will enhance the member benefits, and provide more bang for the buck of your ownership dollars. By doing so, we will be able to provide our members with more choices in resort selections and a superior ownership experience, that lasts a lifetime.

We have all your vacation ownership needs covered through Fantasy Holiday Club (FHC) and Fantasy Holidays Inc.  Fantasy Holiday Club (FHC) is a Not-For-Profit Club with Lifetime Annual and Biennial memberships featuring shared vacation ownership with worldwide vacation exchange benefits, with other FHC or FHC affiliate members.

FHC offers economical solutions to your vacation needs. We also offer memberships with yearly renewals that do not require you to invest thousands of dollars for future vacations you have not yet planned. Our program gives you the flexibility to become part of our shared ownership program for only US$1,000.00 every year. This membership entitles you to one week of vacation in one of our Fantasy Vacation Villa apartments. However, you can exchange your vacation week internationally in four-five class villa resorts, condominiums, or cruises belonging to one of our many affiliates.

Fantasy Holidays Inc. is a management and marketing company that oversees the activities of Fantasy Holiday Club. It is the managing organization for the Club membership, and the Management Investment Program.  In addition Fantasy Holidays Inc. also provides:  Full membership service facility including bookings, information materials, regular membership updates and administrative support; membership sales and marketing; and income generating investment program that ensures positive cash flow year round through a lease-back program, and also provides investors with substantial tax savings.
